Ludlow Distillery Single Malt Whisky, Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Edition is painstakingly handcrafted using the finest malted barley and purified water; with a proportion of the malt slowly and gently smoked in a peat kiln.. The spirit is triple-distilled before being aged in ex-American bourbon casks, and then Scottish whisky casks. Finally, this limited edition has been finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask.
