This luscious example is first matured in a blend of French and American oak, as well as ex-wine barrels; then it is finally finished in Rutherglen Morris Muscat barrels, layering in flavours of rich, dried, sweet fruit such as figs, sultanas and prunes together with creamy vanilla on the finish and a hit of smoky spice..
