Winemaker Caroline Latrive, who has rich experience in a wide variety of the leading Champagne houses, picks Chardonnay grapes only from Grand Cru vineyards to craft it. Expect a luxurious, rich texture with pronounced notes of passionfruit and peach. The fruit flavours are balanced by a refreshing, dry minerality and a smooth finish.
