Using whole milk powder and golden cane sugar the chocolate has a rich creaminess that melts in the mouth… The organic Guatemalan cocoa beans used in this Coconut Vegan Milk Chocolate are from small-farmer cooperatives in the North of Guatemala, and have lovely red fruit notes. Paired with Peruvian cocoa butter, they’re then ground in desecrated coconut to give a creamy nutty finish, all underlined with the subtle spice of ginger.
