This is a 60% dark milk chocolate, handmade with El Salvador cacao and Exmoor Tea’s Earl Grey, finished off with a sprinkling of blue cornflowers. Food and Drink Devon Awards GOLD winner, 2024! 50g   This 70% dark chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on a single farm – Hacienda San Jose de la Carrera, El Salvador. The outstanding cacoa is paired with an aromatic tea blend from Exmoor Tea Co., & a dash of milk. The citrus flavours of bergamot & orange in the tea perfectly complement the earthy cacoa. Tasting Notes: black tea, bergamot, raisins, floral, butter, caramel.
