Produced in Cornwall, the Semi Mature Cornish Gouda is aged for 5-6 months, giving it a creamy flavour and smooth texture. At first taste, it may seem mild but it has a hidden depth that is fantastically tasty.  Recommended as a continental breakfast cheese, on a cheese board or simply melted on top of your favourite dish.  200g, Aged for 5 to 6 months, Made from pasteurised cows milk,
