Inspired by the Indonesian term kilau Matahari, which is used to refer to the brief sparkles of light that flash across the small waves on calm ocean water, the “Kilau” earrings/necklace captures the essence of these delicate glimmers.. Just as sunlight transforms the surface of the sea into a tapestry of shimmering beauty, this piece is designed to subtly catch the light, creating its own radiant sparkle. With every glance, it draws the eye and captures attention.. There are two sides to the necklace. One a very gently rippled surface like the calmest of waters in the early morning, and the other, with slightly more vigorous waves like those that you see as winds start to pick up before a storm rolls in.
